* Cancellations made more than 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

* Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

* Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

* Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
